Maritime's rolled edge boats are simple, basic, uncomplicated boats with maximum interior space, self-bailing cockpits, and hulls that are fuel efficient and easily propelled with low-to-moderate horsepower. They are extremely dry running, and have proven to be unusually seaworthy.

This 1480 is shown with its optional console cushion set, removable upholstered seat backrest and seat box cushion.

The 1480 model comes complete with a low profile 32" console with front seat, providing room for battery and fuel tank storage, a low-profile 36" storage seat, 8" cleats, and grab rails on both the console and gunwales. Cushions are available for both the console and seat. Best of all, the 1480 draws only 6", is self-bailing (note exposed scuppers), and handles well with engines from 25 to 50 HP.

A windshield with a wrap around grab rail is an available option on the 1480 as is a 24" wide console without a front seat.

The "Sport Package Upgrade" has been a popular configuration for the 1480 and other rolled edge "skiff" models. This option allows you to replace the 32" console and seat box or leaning post with (2) full width bench seats and a 24" console that can be installed on center or offset to starboard.
